Il s&#8217;agit d&#8217;\u00e9couter, ressentir, ce qui se passe \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur de soi, ses sensations, ses \u00e9motions, ses pens\u00e9es en rapport avec ce qui se passe \u00e0 l&#8217;ext\u00e9rieur de soi&nbsp;:&nbsp;les bruits entendus, les odeurs ressenties.&nbsp;La m\u00e9ditation permet d&#8217;acc\u00e9der \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9tat de pleine conscience.
